Teacher Bio
I was saved when I was ten years old. Shortly after high school graduation, I married my high school sweetheart, in September 1972 and joined the Air Force in December 1972. I served in the Air Force for twenty years. I began teaching a young boys class in 1981 while I was stationed at Keesler AFB in Mississippi. While serving and relocating in the Air Force, God allowed me to teach in different age groups. After retiring from the Air Force, I returned to my hometown of Madisonville, KY in April 1993. Once again, God provided an opportunity for me to teach a Sunday School class. In the summer of 2000, I transferred to Jacksonville, FL and have continued teaching Sunday School classes. I began teaching the Adult III Victory Class on February 29, 2004.
Audience
Our class enjoys learning more about the Word of God and how to apply it in our daily walk with Christ. We share prayer requests and lift up each other in prayer. Members are in the 40+ age group but our class is open to all who desire to fellowship around the Word of God.

Our Current Study is call Victors Every Day - Overcoming Toxins that Poison the Believer. This study takes a focused look at the following toxins: guilt, envy, habitual sin, complaining, pride, lying, greed, prayerlessness, wrong thinking, mismanagement and self-centeredness. Each lesson uses numerous scripture references from the Old Testament and the New Testament that are geared toward helping the beliver recognize and counter obstacles.
