Awana Clubs
Children's Ministry Director: Debbie Pound
Children's Ministry Intern: Greta Vann
On Wednesday nights, Southpoint offers an exciting children's program for ages four through fifth grade. During the school year, we use the Awana curriculum. Children are broken into groups based on age and gender. Classes have two adult leaders who help children understand the lesson and memory verses each week. For younger children, please visit our Nursery page. Check-in is at 6:30PM, and pick-up is at 8:00PM.
Kid's Point Summer Schedule
This summer, we will offer four classes that utilize practical, engaging activities to teach spiritual truths. These classes will be Legos, Cooking, Crafts, and Worship Team. The summer focus will be on the fruit of the Spirit. Children may join a class for four weeks and then switch to a different class or stay the whole summer in one class. This summer program is for children ages four through fifth grade. For younger children, please visit our Nursery page. Check-in is at 6:30 PM, and pick-up is at 8:00 PM.
*Shoes children can run in are preferred for Awana and Summer in the City.
**All volunteers undergo background checks prior to serving with any youth or children.
