Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry at Southpoint Baptist Church is dedicated to helping believers utilize the tool of prayer to strengthen their personal relationship with their Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ! The Prayer Ministry helps individuals accomplish this through teaching and practicing biblical aspects of prayer, as we experience together how to more effectively praise God, wait on him, confess to Him, watch for Him, interceding to Him on behalf of others, offering petitions, thanksgiving, and meditations to Him, while we also carefully and patiently listen for His direction in our daily lives and ministry!

 

The Prayer Ministry is also committed to praying for individuals, the church, the community, the nation, and the world. From weekly gatherings, there are plenty of ways to get involved with the Prayer Ministry.

 

Our Prayer team meetings:

• Sunday Morning, 9am - Prayer Point Room
• Wednesday Night 7pm - Church Sanctuary
